Quick Guides
I have supported a number of websites over years, and I have a written a few quick guides to help non-technical users quickly learn how to update website content using their publishing system. Although I can write traditional text-based reference documentation, I lean toward image-based quick guides because I think people learn more quickly using them, and because people are more likely to actually read them.
These instructions do use some text, but the emphasis is on images and labeling.
